We are partnered with a locally owned HVAC company serving Sarasota and surrounding areas. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality heating and cooling solutions with reliable, professional service. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a skilled installation and/or service technician to join our dedicated team.

Position Summary:
We are currently hiring for an HVAC Service Call Technician and/or an Installation Technician. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system repairs or installations. You’ll be responsible for responding to service calls or performing new system installations, depending on your specialty.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 5 PM, or until the work is completed

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, or install HVAC systems and components (heating, cooling, ventilation).
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding system issues and repair options.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow company procedures.
• Ensure all work is performed to code and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and dispatch for efficient scheduling and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of HVAC installation and/or repair experience (required).
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• EPA Certification (preferred).
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
