Salary: $25-$30/hr.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our growing industrial services team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in precision metalwork and custom fabrication.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on a variety of metals
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
• Operate fabrication equipment including plasma cutters, press brakes, and mills
• Assist in machining, forming, and assembling custom parts and structures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience preferred
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Welding certification is a plus but not required
