Coffee Shop Barista - Customer Service

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks to high-quality standards
• Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently
• Educate customers about our menu and make personalized recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
