Job Duties: 

• Perform MIG/wire welding 
• Weld parts in vertical positions and execute fast, downward-motion welds
• Clamp, hold, tacks, grind, and position components to meet production specs 
• Select and install torches, tips, and wire based on material thickness 
• Ignite torches, strike arcs and complete welds per job requirements 
• Adjust gas flow and pressure to achieve proper flame and weld quality
• Follow blueprints, charts, and internal safety standards
• Steady production output with minimal rework 
• Accurate set-ups for fast paced manufacturing 
• Full alignment with safety, quality, and workflow expectations 
• Use MIG welding machines and power supplies 

Requirements: 

• 1-2 years or more MIG welding experience in manufacturing or fabrication 
• Proven ability to weld vertical and fast motion components 
• Experience setting up welding equipment and consumables 
• Able to read blueprints, weld symbols, and spec sheets
• Strong hand control, heat management, and weld placement accuracy 
• Skilled in prep work - clamping, tacking, grinding, and positioning 
• Able to lift 50+ pounds routinely 
• Comfortable standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods of time
• Able to work in heat, speaks, and high noise environments 
• Strong manual dexterity and visual accuracy

Work Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday w/ OT as needed
