Job Title: Industrial Painter (Temporary – Potential for Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Waco, TX

Schedule:

• Current: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (4x10s)

• Future Possibility: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential overtime (after 2:30 PM or Saturdays)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking Industrial Painters to join our team on a temporary basis with strong potential to transition to permanent roles based on continued demand. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a background in industrial paint prep and/or spray painting to join a growing team in a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all phases of paint preparation including sanding, masking, cleaning, and taping components prior to painting

• Apply coatings using air spray systems (not brush/roller) on metal and other industrial components

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols

• Assist with additional tasks as required within the paint department

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in paint prep is required (sanding, cleaning, masking, etc.)

• Industrial painting experience, especially using air spray systems, is highly preferred

• Ability to read and follow instructions and safety guidelines

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Must be dependable and punctual

• This is a temporary role to start, with the potential to convert to permanent based on production needs

• Consistent performance, attendance, and demand will be key factors in transitioning to full-time employment

• Overtime opportunities may become available as schedules shift to accommodate demand
