Express Employment Professionals is seeking a part time leasing agent for a local property management company. The Part-Time Leasing Agent will assist in all aspects of the leasing process, including showing units, processing applications, and maintaining positive resident relations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized, and has a passion for real estate and property management.

 

Schedule: M,W, F - 8am-5pm

Pay: $20-$22

Temporary - Contract 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents, answer inquiries, and schedule/show available rental units

• Conduct property tours and highlight key features and amenities

• Process rental applications, verify background and credit information

• Assist in lease preparation, renewals, and move-in/move-out procedures

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate records of showings, applications, and communications

• Support property management with administrative tasks and resident relations

• Ensure the office and model units are clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications:

• Prior leasing or customer service experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and leasing software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Work Environment:
This is an in-office position with occasional outdoor property tours. May involve light lifting and walking between apartment units.
