Pay: $18/hour (Temp) | $19/hour (Permanent)

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team. This role involves working across four key areas of our warehouse, each requiring a unique set of skills and a strong work ethic. Schedule:

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Future Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, Monday–Saturday rotation
• Breaks: Two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch (staggered schedule)

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control (QC) checks
• Count and verify incoming products

• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Pack products and assemble kits
• Work on larger, project-based tasks

• Select and pack items for shipment
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment

 

Requirements:

• At least 6 months experience working in a warehouse environment.
• High School diploma / GED equivalent
• Pass a background check
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Positive attitude and reliable attendance
• Ability to adapt to a manual tracking system (training provided)
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs (team lift required for heavier items)
