We are hiring an Apprentice Plumber to support licensed plumbers with the installation of plumbing systems in brand-new commercial buildings. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone building experience and working toward their Journeyman license.
Assist in all stages of plumbing installation on new commercial construction projects (underground, rough-in, top-out, and final trim)
Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes (PVC, copper, cast iron, PEX) using appropriate hand and power tools
Install water lines, drains, and fixtures following code and blueprint instructions
Set fixtures, supports, hangers, and ensure slope and alignment per specs
Maintain a safe and clean work area and comply with all OSHA safety protocols
Help prepare systems for inspection, testing, and sign-off
Valid Texas Apprentice Plumber License (TSBPE registration)
Basic plumbing knowledge and a willingness to learn commercial work
Must have own basic hand tools
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Able to pass a drug screen
No violent felony convictions
Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and active construction zones
OSHA 10 certification is a plus
