Inventory/Cycle Counter

Salary: $20/hour

We are partnered with a medical products manufacturing company in Sarasota to fill several openings for inventory/cycle counter roles. 

Overview: Count product and verify inventory, complete reports, audit bills of material, monitor warehouse scanning for discrepancies, improve flow of parts and physical locations. In this position you will report to the Supply Chain Manager. 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM 

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Duties: 

• cycle count parts, subassemblies and finished goods 

• adjust/scrap quantities as identified per the cycle count program 

• problem solve variances to prevent future discrepancies from occurring 

• audit bill of materials against production units and report variations and deviations to engineering 

• organize storage racks, improve material movements 

• special projects and other duties as assigned 

Requirements: 

Work Experience: 

• experience with performing physical inventories 

• basic computer skills 

• excel spreadsheet experience or power bi experience 

Skills: 

• willingness to be in non-climate controlled warehouse 

• accurate and detail oriented 

• ability to organize in a logical manner 

• good penmanship 

• willing to stay to get the job done 

• ability to gain cooperation and assistance of others without authority over them 

• internally motivated, task oriented individual that can complete a task without constant or direct supervision

• ability to lift up to 50 pounds
