Express Employment Professionals is now hiring an experienced Property Manager for a well-established, locally owned company that specializes in managing single-family rental homes. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive pay and room for growth.

We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of property management, including leasing/sales, maintenance coordination, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 100+ single-family residential rental homes
• Conduct property showings, move-ins, and move-outs
• Oversee and manage a team of 5–6 office and field employees
• Handle rent collection, tenant relations, and maintenance requests
• Ensure properties meet legal and regulatory compliance standards
• Pay bills, write checks, and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with general office management and administrative operations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of residential property management experience required
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of 100+ units
• Strong understanding of property management laws, tenant relations, and basic accounting
• Experience supervising staff and working in a busy office setting
• A real estate license is a strong plus — company is willing to assist with licensing for the right candidate
• Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office
