Express Employment Professionals is actively hiring for a Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our team! We’re looking for a motivated individual with strong sales experience (B2B preferred) and a passion for matching top talent with great companies. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Recruiter Primary Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding skilled trades candidates
• Conduct B2B sales outreach and maintain client relationships
• Process weekly payroll for assigned employees
• Provide HR support including new hire paperwork and compliance
• Handle client communication, staffing needs, and job order fulfillment
• Attend job fairs, client visits, and community networking events
• Maintain accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems

What we're looking for:

• Sales experience required – B2B sales experience highly preferred
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is strongly desired
• Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
