Express Employment is seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated Nonprofit Partnership & Fundraising Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in nonprofit fundraising and partnership development who can independently manage their responsibilities while driving meaningful relationships and securing funding. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, with occasional events on Saturday as needed.

Location: Onsite in Central Las Vegas

Salary: DOE (starting at 65K)

Partnership Development

Identify and engage potential nonprofit, corporate, and foundation partners.
Develop partnership proposals and memoranda of understanding (MOUs).
Represent the organization at meetings, events, and conferences.
Nurture long-term relationships that support shared goals and impact.

Fundraising

Develop and execute donor engagement strategies across individuals, foundations, and corporations.
Research and write compelling grant proposals and reports.
Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, ensuring timely communication and stewardship.
Collaborate with marketing to create fundraising campaigns and materials.

Strategic & Administrative

Track performance metrics for partnerships and fundraising campaigns.
Maintain donor and partner records in CRM systems
Stay informed on nonprofit trends, funding landscapes, and philanthropic initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

1+ years’ experience in nonprofit fundraising, business development, or partnership management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to secure donations or form strategic alliances.
Strong writing skills, including grant writing and donor communications.
Ability to think outside the box.
Passion for social impact and alignment with our mission.

Preferred

Experience working with nonprofit CRMs or donor databases.
Familiarity with corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and foundation funding cycles.
Experience managing cross-sector partnerships.
