Job Summary:

We are seeking a Finishing - Packer/Inspector to join our client's team in Spartanburg. This position is responsible for inspecting printed packaging for quality and accurately packing finished products. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect printed cartons for defects such as smudges, misprints, or damages

• Pack finished products into cases, bundles, or containers according to specifications

• Ensure accurate counts, labels, and packaging materials

• Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with safety standards

• Report any product or equipment issues to the supervisor

• Assist with other finishing tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous experience in packaging, printing, or manufacturing preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 40 lbs

• Basic math and reading comprehension

• Dependable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude
