Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at a leading industrial equipment supplier. In this role, you will manage accounts receivable functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and send invoices to customers.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable activity.
• Assist with month-end closing processes.
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with team members and customers to address payment inquiries.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of recent experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts receivable preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
