Position Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting staffing and recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate enjoys building connections, thrives in a team environment, and has a customer-focused mindset. Previous recruiting or staffing experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through phone calls, email outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Understand client hiring needs and present customized staffing solutions.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads, maintain accurate records, and manage sales activities within company systems.
• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates as needed.
• Meet or exceed sales and business development goals.
• Stay informed on local market trends and workforce needs.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and team-oriented office culture.

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales, customer service, staffing, or recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Team-player mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and clients.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
