Located in Waupaca, WI

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 /HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 /HR

Duties:

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine job requirements
Cut, form, and position metal components for welding and assembly
Perform high-quality welds using MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques
Operate fabrication equipment, including press brakes when needed
Inspect welds to ensure accuracy, strength, and compliance with specifications
Maintain and troubleshoot welding tools and equipment as needed
Communicate effectively with team members to meet deadlines and production targets
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Accurately document completed work and notify supervisors of any issues

Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on welding experience, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding
Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints, weld symbols, and schematics
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing precise, high-quality work
Experience operating fabrication tools and machinery, including press brakes (preferred)
Familiarity with workplace safety standards and PPE usage
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
