Requirements

• Previous experience in agricultural or fieldwork is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
