Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking a Receptionist for a well-established event marketing and management company. This is a full time, contract opportunity based in the Irvine, CA area. Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Starting compensation is $25.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process inbound phone calls.
  • Greet and direct office visitors.
  • Handle inbound and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
  • Provide general office administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Support the preparation and organization of office events and meetings.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Positive, upbeat personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
