In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping operations on track—scheduling jobs, dispatching techs, coordinating parts, and ensuring top-notch service for our customers. You’ll also jump in to handle escalated issues, monitor team performance, and help streamline processes to keep things efficient and effective.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily operations for the service department
• Create technician schedules and manage job dispatch

• Track and organize service documentation (work orders, invoices, reports)
• Collaborate with other departments to improve workflow and communication
