Customer Experience Creator

Location: Southwest Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm (8 hours)

A leading rail transload company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, managing their inventory and ensuring a seamless experience through truck, rail, or container shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain accurate inventory data in our supply chain system
- Coordinate customer pick-ups, deliveries, and shipment updates
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Monitor and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Schedule and lead monthly customer status meetings
- Ensure timely responses and issue resolution within company guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Experience in inventory management, customer service, or logistics
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, etc.)
