Job Title: Warehouse Pick and Pack

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Location: South ATX 

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Pick and Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential material handling and storage support for our manufacturing warehouse. This includes ensuring inventory accuracy, picking and packing orders efficiently, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure inventory accuracy through periodic cycle counting, analysis, and correction of discrepancies. Compile and maintain inventory reports. Deallocate/reallocate materials as necessary.
• Collect, categorize, and compartmentalize production materials and components. Kit and stage materials for manufacturing builds.
• Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Track and receive materials from vendors, and support/track internal QA inspection for the Manufacturing production facility.
• Maintain the ongoing organization and cleanliness of the materials storage area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to $Insert Weight Limit Here, e.g., 50 lbs.]
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
