Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Saw Operator/Fabricator to join our production team. In this role, you'll help assemble high-quality window screens and related products. Experience in assembly or light construction is preferred, especially with saw operation, but we’re happy to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut aluminum screen frames to precise lengths using a miter saw

• Measure materials accurately using tape measures, calipers, or digital tools

• Operate power saws safely and efficiently with proper PPE

• Fabricate and assemble custom window screens and screen systems

• Perform quality checks on cuts and frame assemblies

• Maintain saw station and follow proper maintenance procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

• Proven experience operating miter saws or other power saws preferred

• Strong understanding of safety practices when using cutting tools

• Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately

• Comfortable working with power tools and other shop equipment

• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs and stand for extended periods

Benefits:

• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)

• Two shift options: 7:00am–3:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm
