Express is seeking dedicated individuals to join our clients Restoration team. This role is essential in helping clients recover from various types of damage, including fire and water incidents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for restoring spaces to their original condition. Experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory, as we provide training for the right candidates. 

Note: This is a 24/7/365 operation, all technicians must participate in an on-call rotation to support emergencies and on-going projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire restoration tasks to help restore properties affected by fire damage.
• Conduct mold remediation processes to ensure safe and healthy environments.
• Execute carpet cleaning and other cleaning services as required.
• Collaborate with team members to build and restore structures as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all projects.
• Must have your own basic power and hand tools for various restoration projects.
• Must have your own transportation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restoration industry is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of fire and water restoration techniques and mold remediation practices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
• A commitment to safety protocols and procedures on job sites.
