This critical role acts as the operational right hand to the CEO, leading client relationships, managing service delivery, and executing sales initiatives across the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Communication

  • Partner closely with the CEO to internalize and implement vision, goals, and market strategy.

  • Translate strategic direction into real-time plans for sales execution, onboarding, and service delivery.

  • Ensure all client communications reflect brand voice and values.

Client Engagement

  • Act as the primary liaison for U.S.-based clients—new and existing.

  • Manage the full client lifecycle: introduction, onboarding, service support, and retention.

  • Build meaningful relationships through responsiveness, proactive communication, and trust.

Sales & Business Development

  • Execute market strategies developed with the CEO, including outreach, lead nurturing, and relationship building.

  • Represent the company at key events, conferences, and within local business communities.

  • Provide feedback on pricing, proposals, and client needs to refine offerings.

Marketing Support

  • Assist with implementing marketing campaigns led by the CEO across sectors including SMBs, healthcare, education, and government.

  • Tailor and deliver campaign materials based on industry-specific needs.

  • Track campaign performance and contribute insights to improve future marketing efforts.

Operations Oversight

  • Coordinate day-to-day service execution with internal teams and offshore partners.

  • Manage operational logistics including document handling, secure storage, and compliance protocols.

  • Contribute to or lead compliance initiatives such as:

    • Records classification and review

    • Retention and destruction schedules

    • Workflow and SLA adherence

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide weekly status updates to the CEO on client, sales, and operations performance.

  • Deliver real-time field intelligence to guide decisions and refine strategic direction.

  • Identify and implement improvements in workflow, communication, and client satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years in operations, client service, business development, or a related field

  • Experience in compliance, logistics, or records/data-sensitive industries is a strong plus

  • Confident communicator—clear in writing, persuasive in speech, and skilled in active listening

  • Strategic mindset with strong execution skills and attention to detail

  • Self-starter who works well independently and takes ownership of results
