Position: Full-Time Plumbing Apprentice
Pay: $20.00 – $27.00/hour (based on experience) + Overtime + End-of-Year Bonus

 Responsibilities

• Assist with installing and repairing residential plumbing systems
• Support licensed plumbers with a variety of tasks
• Learn to read blueprints, diagrams, and plumbing schematics
• Assemble and disassemble piping and fixtures
• Help identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues
• Provide professional, friendly customer service on every job
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and truck
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
• Collaborate with the dispatch and customer service teams
• Participate in company meetings, trainings, and mentorship
• Follow all plumbing codes and guidelines
• Represent the team with professionalism, reliability, and integrity

Required Experience

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Understanding of residential plumbing systems
• Prior training through SGI, PSI, Nexstar, or Contractors 2000 is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have own hand and power tools
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean 3-year driving record (no exceptions)
• Proficient in math and writing
