Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative – HVAC
Location: Amarillo, TX

 

Are you great with people and passionate about helping customers? We’re looking for a reliable, upbeat Inside Sales / CSR to join our team! In this role, you’ll support customers by phone, email, and in-person—answering questions, processing orders, and offering product guidance to make sure every experience is smooth and positive.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

• Support customers with product info, orders, quotes, and returns.
• Recommend alternatives when items are out of stock or unavailable.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate new products, services, and promotions to customers.
• Help resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Keep records, generate reports, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on HVAC products and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED (college a plus).
• Solid computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• A friendly, positive attitude—even under pressure.
• Experience or knowledge of HVAC is a big plus!
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Work Environment:

• Regular customer contact via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Fast-paced, team-focused setting.
