Schedule: Monday Friday 8am 5:30pm
Will require them to use their own vehicle and tools for the role. Need to have reliable transportation, hand tools, power tools, etc.
Will pay mileage to the candidate (.60 cent a mile)

Duties include: Traveling to and from all properties and completing the necessary work orders such as painting street numbers on curbs, installing or repainting signs, painting and hanging shutters, clean out storm drains in the road, fix locks and hinges on gates, change out exterior light fixtures, replace deck and stair boards, cut open drywall for plumbing access, patching drywall and painting, change out locks, trash clean up in neighborhood, pressure washing areas,

Will have 1 week vacation
Will have 1 week hands on training with owner of company and tour each property
Will need to take before and after pictures of all projects to verify they are completed
Will be responsible for using company card to purchase all items from Lowes, turn in all expense receipts, etc.
Will wear a uniform of t shirt and black pants of jeans, work boots.

Must have previous maintenance experience 3+ years. Maintenance experience needs to include painting, light electrical, light plumbing, outdoor property maintenance, etc.

Must own all of own tools, hand tools, power tools, etc. Must have vehicle they are willing to drive to and from job locations for the role.
