Express Employment Professionals is now hiring for an Electrician in the Irmo, SC area! The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and industrial settings and available to travel out of town overnight. Pay is $20.00 - $24.00 hourly, with hours of 7:45 am - 4:30 pm Monday-Friday.

Duties:
-Bending pipe
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using power tools, ohmmeters, and voltmeters
- Perform upgrades, renovations, and new construction installations as needed
- Adhere to National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as HVAC technicians and plumbers on job sites

Skills:
- Proficiency in using power tools for electrical work
- Experience working as a Commercial Electrician or Industrial Electrician
- Knowledge of logic controllers and their applications
- Ability to renovate existing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Familiarity with a variety of electrical testing equipment such as ohmmeters and voltmeters
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues promptly
- Maintenance Person skills for minor repairs and maintenance tasks
