As the Warehouse Lead, you will coordinate daily warehouse operations, enforce schedules and break times, and ensure smooth workflow across all warehouse functions. You must be capable of stepping into any warehouse role as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate warehouse personnel and daily operations
• Enforce scheduling, break times, overtime, and shift rotations
• Perform all warehouse functions including:
  • Forklift operation
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Material handling and blend pulling
  • Pick ticket generation
• Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite for inventory and workflow management
• Support and train team members to ensure productivity and safety standards are met

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production, packaging, or warehousing
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Proficient in forklift operation and general warehouse equipment
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
