JOB DESCRIPTION
This position requires receiving and processing a high volume of calls using a multi-line phone system and processing over-the-counter requests from patients including insurance verification, updating patient files, entering orders accurately and preparing the orders for shipment. It requires excellent communication and customer service skills, developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the products, services and medical guidelines, an ability to work well with both the customer service and billing teams, a high level of attention to detail and proficient computer skills. Knowledge of Brightree patient management software a plus but not required.
The ideal candidate has a background of medical terminology, but also face-to-face customer service. A kind, compassionate demeanor is a must as the clients are dealing with health issues.

Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
STARTING PAY RATE
$16-17/hour
