🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Express Employment is hiring a Service Support Coordinator/Dispatcher to support the Oahu Air Conditioning Service Department in Hilo. We're looking for someone with strong communication and customer service skills.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and dispatch service calls promptly (goal: within 10–30 minutes)
• Maintain dispatch logs and assign Work Order numbers
• Track job status in service databases
• Process purchase orders and manage office supply distribution
• Handle petty cash and airline ticket scheduling
• Assist with quotes, insurance certificates, and oil analysis reports
• Support technicians with reimbursements and documentation

✅ Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Typing: 40+ WPM, 10-key proficiency
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Calm under pressure, great communicator, team player
