About Us:
We’re a hands-on, customer-first team looking for a Front Counter Sales Associate who knows how to deliver excellent service with a smile (and maybe a part number or two). In this fast-paced role, you'll be the friendly face at the front counter — helping customers find what they need, keeping things organized, and supporting sales both inside and out.

Whether you're a product whiz or just ready to learn, we’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to dive in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with over-the-counter sales of parts, services, and special orders

  • Provide accurate product, pricing, and availability info via catalogs and internal systems

  • Maintain and update quotes, process payments, and complete sales transactions

  • Guide customers to the right products through top-notch product knowledge and service

  • Support outside sales staff by entering orders, checking inventory, and staying in sync

  • Keep the showroom and stockroom clean, organized, and well-stocked

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

  • Follow up with customers regarding order status, backorders, and general inquiries

  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

  • Ability to handle phone calls while accurately entering orders

  • Basic understanding of sales terms, responsibilities, and liability

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

  • Great with numbers, organization, and time management

  • Willing to learn and stay current on product knowledge

  • Physically able to stand, bend, and lift materials as needed
