📍 Location: Lakeville | Pay: $22/hr | Contract-to-Hire

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love talking to people, and don’t mind juggling 100 different things in a day? We’re looking for a Customer Service and A/R Specialist to be the backbone of our busy and very casual (and FUN) office.

This long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity is perfect for someone who can keep things organized, has a thick skin, and doesn’t flinch at a little colorful language now and then. If that’s you — we want to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering 50–100 phone calls a day and greeting walk-in customers

• Scheduling service calls and general appointments (sometimes way in advance!)

• Handling billing inquiries and customer questions with patience and professionalism

• Processing accounts receivable cash receipts and performing extensive data entry

• Collecting info to help generate field estimates (names, addresses, etc.)

• Printing forms, sending quotes, and supporting our field technicians

• Managing a variety of general office duties — no two days are the same!

What You Bring:

✅ Strong phone and customer service skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✅ High attention to detail — especially for billing and data entry
✅ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay cool under pressure
✅ A sense of humor and a tough skin — you’ll hear it all!
✅ Physically able to sit for long periods, stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 20 lbs when needed
