Our busy office is the heartbeat of daily operations, and we’re looking for a rockstar Customer Service & A/R Specialist to help us stay organized, keep clients happy, and handle the unexpected curveballs with grace (and maybe a few laughs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer 50–100 phone calls daily and greet walk-in customers with a friendly, can-do attitude

• Schedule service calls and appointments with attention to detail (sometimes well in advance!)

• Respond to billing questions and customer inquiries professionally and patiently

• Process accounts receivable, apply cash receipts, and handle heavy data entry

• Collect details for field estimates (names, addresses, job info, etc.)

• Print necessary forms, send quotes, and provide support to field technicians

• Tackle a range of general office duties — no two days are the same!

Qualifications:

• Excellent phone and customer service skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Strong attention to detail, especially for billing and data entry tasks

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure

• A good sense of humor and a thick skin — this job keeps it real!

• Comfortable sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 20 lbs
