📍 Location: Burnsville | Pay: $20/hr | Full-Time

We’re seeking a warm, articulate, and highly organized Church Client Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective church clients, helping guide them through the early stages of exploring feasibility studies and capital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 60–75 outbound calls per day to prospective church clients

• Ask guided questions to assess feasibility and capital campaign needs

• Update and maintain detailed contact and project records in our database

• Provide information and follow-up via phone and email based on church needs

• Support and nurture relationships with current and past clients

• Ensure all prospective clients receive timely, helpful communication

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Friendly, confident phone presence — telemarketing or customer service experience preferred
✅ Ability to follow a structured call script and adapt as needed
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet research
✅ Experience with a CRM or database system (ACT! or similar) highly desirable
✅ Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
✅ A heart for churches and a commitment to excellent client service

Position Details:

• Pay: $20/hour

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
