Salary: $18-$22 Hourly

Location: Honolulu 

Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday, weekends as needed

Pay: $18-22/hour

Responsibilities of a Dispatcher:

• Handle incoming job orders and maintain department records.
• Collaborate with warehouse, managers, and supervisors to prioritize jobs and confirm equipment availability.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure trucks/equipment are available for maintenance or repairs.
• Review quotes, service agreements, and purchase orders to allocate equipment and manpower for service requests.
• Assist the Accounts Receivable (AR) specialist with documentation and collections.

Skills & Qualifications of a Dispatcher:

• Effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Proficiency in 10-key touch.
• High school diploma.
• 1 year of dispatch experience.
