Landscaping/ Snow Removal Laborer

Located in Hortonville , WI

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 /HR

Hours: On-Call (Depends on Weather) 

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 /HR

Duties: 

• Perform general landscaping duties, including lawn care, trimming, raking, and debris removal

• Operate company equipment such as mowers, blowers, snowplows, and other maintenance tools

• Respond to snow removal needs within 6–8 hours of call during the winter season

• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and entryways

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, vehicles, and job sites

• Ensure timely arrival to scheduled shifts and job sites

Qualifications: 

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Previous experience in landscaping or snow removal preferred

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
