We're Hiring: Experienced Concrete Foremen Wanted!📍 Shakopee, MN | $38–$45/hr (Based on Experience)
Looking for a solid opportunity with a well-established commercial concrete company? We’re seeking skilled Concrete Foremen to lead crews of 3–4 team members on a wide range of commercial projects across the metro area.
This isn’t your typical “same job every day” role. You’ll be hands-on managing diverse projects — from framing and setting steel to demo work and everything in between. You’ll also have the support of an experienced onsite lead working right alongside you.
✅ Proven experience leading concrete crews✅ Strong leadership and communication skills✅ Reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in quality work✅ Commercial concrete experience preferred
Competitive pay: $38–$45/hr, based on experience
