Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to lead our retail team with professionalism, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can inspire a team, drive performance, and ensure the store operates at the highest standards of excellence. This is a key leadership role that demands both strategic oversight and a hands-on approach.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Maintain superior customer service standards and lead by example in professionalism and client care.

  • Support team members in achieving individual and store sales goals.

  • Create an atmosphere of enthusiasm and positivity that motivates the team.

  • Conduct new hire orientation, monitor training progress, and complete performance reviews.

  • Set clear expectations for each shift related to operations, sales, and customer service.

  • Conduct monthly team meetings and individual performance check-ins.

  • Take corrective and disciplinary actions as needed with professionalism and clarity.

Operational Excellence

  • Create and manage weekly schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage and productivity.

  • Monitor team attendance, time clock compliance, and adherence to store policies.

  • Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and rolling inventory accuracy.

  • Ensure the store is always fully stocked by managing supply inventory and placing orders.

  • Respond promptly to emails and internal communication throughout the day.

Customer & Cross-Store Communication

  • Handle client needs with poise and efficiency, resolving concerns with a calm and professional demeanor.

  • Communicate between stores to coordinate client orders, product transfers, and web order fulfillment.

  • Ensure team members are educated and continuously trained on new products and service standards.

Performance Management

  • Set and track sales and performance goals, offering guidance and motivation to achieve results.

  • Conduct and document monthly performance check-ins and annual reviews.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a retail or customer-focused environment preferred.

  • 5+ years of customer service experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example, inspire a team, and drive for results.

  • Comfortable having direct conversations and providing constructive feedback.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to maintain personal calm and foster calm in high-pressure situations.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
