Job Title: Store Manager

Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to lead our retail team with professionalism, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can inspire a team, drive performance, and ensure the store operates at the highest standards of excellence. This is a key leadership role that demands both strategic oversight and a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
Maintain superior customer service standards and lead by example in professionalism and client care.
Support team members in achieving individual and store sales goals.
Create an atmosphere of enthusiasm and positivity that motivates the team.
Conduct new hire orientation, monitor training progress, and complete performance reviews.
Set clear expectations for each shift related to operations, sales, and customer service.
Conduct monthly team meetings and individual performance check-ins.
Take corrective and disciplinary actions as needed with professionalism and clarity.
Operational Excellence
Create and manage weekly schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage and productivity.
Monitor team attendance, time clock compliance, and adherence to store policies.
Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and rolling inventory accuracy.
Ensure the store is always fully stocked by managing supply inventory and placing orders.
Respond promptly to emails and internal communication throughout the day.
Customer & Cross-Store Communication
Handle client needs with poise and efficiency, resolving concerns with a calm and professional demeanor.
Communicate between stores to coordinate client orders, product transfers, and web order fulfillment.
Ensure team members are educated and continuously trained on new products and service standards.
Performance Management
Set and track sales and performance goals, offering guidance and motivation to achieve results.
Conduct and document monthly performance check-ins and annual reviews.
Qualifications:
2+ years of leadership experience in a retail or customer-focused environment preferred.
5+ years of customer service experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead by example, inspire a team, and drive for results.
Comfortable having direct conversations and providing constructive feedback.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain personal calm and foster calm in high-pressure situations.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
