Key Responsibilities:

• Directs financial strategy and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, taxation, and long-term planning to support organizational growth.
• Oversees financial reporting, audits, and compliance, ensuring accurate preparation of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and capital budgets.
• Manages relationships with financial institutions, investors, and insurance providers to safeguard assets and support funding initiatives.
• Leads and develops the accounting team, providing guidance, performance management, and workflow oversight to ensure operational efficiency.
• Establishes and maintains internal financial systems and controls, ensuring timely reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making support.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field needed

·         CPA or MBA preferred

·         Exposure to finance and accounting systems

·         Knowledge on current GAAP policies and procedures

·         Minimum of six years related work experience.
