Salary: $20.00-$30.00/HR

Express is now hiring for a Residential Spray Service Technician/Painter at a local company based in Olympia, WA. This is an evaluation-to-permanent opportunity. The position is full-time, and the schedule may vary. Compensation will be up to $20.00–$30.00/hr DOE (Depending on Experience).

Job Duties:

• Prepare walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and other surfaces for painting; apply a variety of paint, varnish, and stain finishes

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of spray equipment to ensure proper function

• Operate spray equipment (airless, HVLP, etc.) to apply paint, stains, and coatings

• Ensure a smooth, clean, and even application of finishes

• Perform touch-ups and back-roll as needed after spraying

• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Represent the company professionally when interacting with homeowners and clients

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience

• Proficient in using airless and/or HVLP spray systems

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Valid driver’s license

• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
