What You'll Do

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with customers and field crews to provide updates and coordinate schedules.
• Monitor daily routes, adjust schedules as needed, and respond quickly to emergencies or delays.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and ensure all job information is up to date.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of dispatch or scheduling experience.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient with computers, dispatch software, and multi-line phone systems.
• Calm under pressure, dependable, detail-oriented, and an effective problem solver.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
• Frequent use of a keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone.
• Ability to clearly communicate with customers and technicians by phone.
