M-F 8am to 5pm | Lancaster, PA | $25/hr

About the Role:

We are seeking a Temporary Recruiter (3 to 4 months) to support our hiring needs during a busy season. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with qualified candidates for a variety of roles. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for temporary and permanent positions

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews

• Schedule interviews and follow up with hiring managers and candidates

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Assist with onboarding tasks and new hire documentation

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing (agency or in-house)

• Familiarity with job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
