💵 Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $18.00 + $6.25 shift differential = $24.25/hour
• Pay Schedule: Weekly
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:45 PM – 6:15 AM
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Location: Forest Lake, MN

🔧 Key Responsibilities – Machine Operator

• Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated machinery such as presses, forges, and CNC equipment
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools to ensure product specifications
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report malfunctions

✅ Required Experience & Skills

• 1+ year of experience in machine operation or manufacturing – Required
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and safety guidelines
• Familiarity with calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass background check and drug screen
