Primary Responsibility: Your main goal will be to set B2B sales appointments, professionally representing our diverse staffing services and assisting in recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to businesses throughout the South Bay Area.
• Follow up with leads generated from our marketing strategies.
• Assist in marketing efforts and successfully schedule sales appointments.
• Acquire new customers and re-engage dormant ones.
• Support recruiting activities by identifying potential candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Solicit candidates through job boards and other face-to-face encounters.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Zoom, Teams).
• Proven performance in appointment scheduling and/or inside sales.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, outbound calling, and sales canvassing.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through skills.
• Strong computer, software, and data entry skills.
• Must type accurately at a minimum of 30 wpm.
• Ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and eager to learn.
