Immediate Soldering Technician opportunity at growing and stable electronics manufacturing company in South Phoenix
This position is responsible for the precise soldering of electronic components onto PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), ensuring reliability and performance that meet our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Inspect solder joints for quality and accuracy, reworking as needed.
Assist in assembling connectors, and other small components.
Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following ESD safety protocols.
Requirements:
Prior soldering experience in electronics manufacturing (min 6 mos)
Proficient in both through-hole and surface-mount soldering techniques.
Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and assembly drawings.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
