Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

The Staff Accountant is responsible for financial reporting and must adhere to solid accounting principles and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements are produced to owners. This position has tight deadlines and includes a multitude of accounting functions. The Staff Accountant will have contact with senior level managers, hotel owners, and corporate executives.

$50,000 - $65,000 per year

 

Minimum Qualifications:

1. AA/AS in Accounting or Finance preferred or minimum 5 years of experience in equivalent financial accounting role required.
2. Excellent financial acumen and analytical ability; displays good judgement.
3. Strong competency for customer service in professional services required.
4. Hospitality and support-oriented mind set when working with hotel managers.
5. Must have strong written and verbal skills.
6. Must have a proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing and spreadsheets (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Must be extremely organized, exercise great time management and attention to detail.
8. Should be able to work well in teams and independently.
