Job Summary:We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Picker & Packer to join our team in Monroe, NC. This role involves handling large rolls, inspecting them for defects, and preparing them for shipment.
The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and be comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work.
Key Responsibilities:
Load rolls onto inventory inspection machine
Visually inspect as it is unrolled for defects or inconsistencies
Re-roll inspected product and cover with protective plastic sleeve
Accurately complete checklist with weight, height, and destination information
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assist with general inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping tasks
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in warehouse picking, packing, or inventory control
Ability to lift over 50 lbs consistently throughout the day
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks and grow within the company
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
