Express Employment Professionals is looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team. A successful Office Coordinator will be detail-oriented, personable, and outgoing. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys making a difference and wants to continue to grow professionally!

 

Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound phone calls on multi-line phone system
• Greet and provide excellent customer service in-person and over the phone
• File and enter paperwork with a high attention to detail
• Run reports and share with the team
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Skills:

• Previous experience in a service-oriented position required
• Must be personable, warm, and welcoming to all guests, clients, visitors, etc.
• Ideal candidate will have 1 year working in a professional or office environment
• Computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to be resourceful when issues arise
• Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Schedule/Pay:

• Hours of operation are Monday through Sunday 8am-8pm
• PT flexibility available for the right candidate
