Express Employment in St. Croix Falls is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler and Machine Operator.  As a General Manufacturing Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling components and ensuring the quality of our products. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating the cutting machines per workload direction. 

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm, up to $17/hour

Responsibilities:

• Print and follow setups and procedures for assemblies
• Perform all processes of making assemblies
• Solder assemblies and/or connectors
• Cut harnesses per assigned work load
• Braid harnesses per assigned work load
• Weld harnesses with ultrasonic welder

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus.
3. Basic hand and small power tool experience.
4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
