CNC Operator – Cabinet Shop
Location: Cuero, tx

Our Client is looking for a CNC Operator to join their crew in Cuero, Tx.  If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, learn new machines, and work with precision every day—we want to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up and operate CNC and other production machinery using established procedures.
• Use computer-controlled equipment to secure and run automatic or semi-automatic machines.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks with accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Follow verbal and written instructions to meet specifications and safety standards.
• Cross-train on other shop equipment as needed.

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience (CNC experience is a plus!).
• Willingness to be trained on CNC machines and other shop tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for 8+ hours.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing setting with wood products, machinery, and noise.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

**This position is safety sensitive and requires:

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow all safety practices.
• Full range of physical activity including bending, lifting, crawling, and standing throughout the shift.
• Visual acuity including depth and color perception.
